1. Digital Products and Delivery

JollyJuniper provides downloadable educational resources for children ages 4–8, including workbooks, songs, and related learning materials.

All products currently sold through our store are digital downloads unless otherwise clearly stated. No physical product will be shipped.

Digital products are delivered electronically through download links, confirmation emails, or customer access pages. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and having a compatible device and suitable software to access the files.

2. Review Before Purchasing

We encourage customers to review the product description, included files, language options, and price carefully before completing an order.

JollyJuniper also provides a free introductory Self-Control workbook so families can experience our educational approach before deciding whether to purchase additional resources.

Please ensure that the product you select meets your needs before making a purchase.

3. Final Sales and Refunds

All digital product purchases are final. JollyJuniper does not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with a product after it has been delivered.

Because digital files can be accessed, downloaded, and retained immediately, we do not accept returns or exchanges of successfully delivered digital products.

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

4. Download and Technical Assistance

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, including providing working download links, replacement files, or instructions where appropriate.

If a product is not delivered, is defective, or is materially different from its description, we will review the circumstances and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

JollyJuniper offers selected educational resources free of charge. No purchase is required to obtain a resource clearly identified as free.

Free resources are provided to help families become familiar with our educational approach. Their availability does not alter the terms applicable to paid digital products.
